Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train associates, oversee checkout and stock processes, and step in as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service experiences and standards.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff management.
