Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly store leader in North Olmsted to drive exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations. You will train crew, supervise associates, and manage opening/closing tasks while upholding the company culture of energy and WOW experiences.

This role emphasizes merchandising, cost control, and teamwork with the store leadership team to deliver fast, friendly service and a top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking for quick shelf replenishment.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, alarms and doors.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
