Job summary

Five Below is seeking an enthusiastic crew lead for a fast paced retail environment in Ohio. You will supervise store associates, provide training on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure efficient daily operations.

You’ll assist with receiving and stocking, drive sales, and help maintain a high-energy, customer-first culture. Applicants should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues as needed.
• Open or close the store as required, including cash handling and security checks.
