• Train crew on the customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking products.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and maintain alarms.
