Nordstrom in Nashville is hiring for a guest-focused associate responsible for delivering friendly service, processing transactions accurately, and supporting order pickup and returns. You will mentor new hires on the register and help uphold security and privacy standards across daily operations.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, as are familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android. This is a dynamic, team-oriented role with varying hours.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish, whether resolving returns and exchanges, or supporting order and pickup inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach
• Accurately process transactions and ticketing using POS and store systems to support inventory accuracy
• Build relationships with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
• Protect the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance and resolution of issues
• Promote initiatives such as the Nordstrom Loyalty program, along with new tools, software, and services that enhance the customer and employee experience
• Hours vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
