• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to support onboarding of new hires.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and resolve returns, support order pickup, and process transactions accurately.
• Mentor new employees on the register and share POS knowledge.
• Build trust with customers and teammates to enhance the Nordstrom experience.
