Job summary

Nordstrom Natick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, personalized service, assist with returns, support order pickup, and process transactions with accuracy.

Safeguarding customer information and maintaining privacy are essential. You will mentor new staff on the register, foster a collaborative team environment, and promote Nordstrom Loyalty programs and new tools as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate POS systems and process transactions accurately.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for customer and teammate interactions.
• Experience training or mentoring new hires on the register or store floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly service by understanding customer needs and guiding them through purchases and returns.
