Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet internal and external customers and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor work volume and advise load-level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services to provide one-stop customer support.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
