You will monitor center workload and align load levels with scheduling needs, while navigating insurance partner requirements related to authorizations and billing.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize.
