Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, coordinate services, and support daily operations at our Harbor Pines center. The role emphasizes delivering extraordinary service while managing multiple software systems and workload in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include coordinating Rental Car/Tow partners, assisting with load level requests, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate rental car/tow companies to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
