Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our service center to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating workload and load level planning. You will work with Rental Car/Tow providers to ensure one-stop service and maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load level processes.

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
