Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Service Center Tyler - East to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service to internal and external clients, while monitoring work volume and helping balance daily load.

You will coordinate Rental Car and Tow partners to provide one-stop service, and maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load level processes; a minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service orientation with internal and external customers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
