Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to greet and provide extraordinary service to customers, monitor work volume, and coordinate rental car/tow companies for one-stop service at the Carson center.

We seek 1+ year of customer-facing experience and strong communication. You will work with insurance partners on authorizations, billing and load level processes in a fast-paced production shop environment.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and coordinate load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
