Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests.
• Coordinate Rental Car/ Tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels.
