Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support WM's National Account program by delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business. The role acts as a customer advocate and internal liaison, coordinating follow-up and partnering with the sales team to strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience entered as an additional requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of WM's National Account program with high-quality customer experience across the book of business.
• Act as customer advocate and liaison; document interactions and coordinate follow-up in WM procedures.
• Collaborate with PM and NAM to ensure customer satisfaction and connectivity to sales.
• Attend QBRs and meetings with NAM/PM; provide data and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Set up client users and provide customer training on WM's E-business portal.
• Study facilities and become a local resource on WM’s integrated services (solid, hazardous, recycling, etc.).
• Monitor and address operational activities, reporting, escalations, and service requests.
