Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree
• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)

Responsibilities

• Assist NAM and PM in executing new program initiatives and renewals
• Manage concurrent customer interactions via email and calls, ensuring follow-up
• Document interactions in Salesforce and escalate as needed
• Coordinate with PM and field organization to support client needs and reporting
• Set-up new client users and provide training on the E-business portal
