Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support the National Account program and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The role acts as a customer advocate, coordinating with the NAM and PM and maintaining connectivity to the sales team across the book of business.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relationship management, sales, marketing, or business administration background preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant work experience required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience beyond educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of WM's National Account program with consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate with NAM and PM on new program initiatives, renewals, growth, acquisitions, and related meetings.
• Act as customer advocate; document interactions in Salesforce and escalate as needed with WM procedures.
• Prepare client materials for forums and assist with quarterly scorecards and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
