Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support WM's National Account program with high-quality customer experience across a defined book of business. The role acts as a customer advocate, coordinating follow-ups and partnering with the sales team to strengthen service delivery and connectivity.

You will document interactions, escalate as needed, and assist in program initiatives such as renewals, growth, and new services, while supporting cross-functional teams to ensure client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree
• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high-quality customer experience support across the assigned book of business.
• Assist NAM and PM in executing new program initiatives including renewals, growth, and new services.
• Attend QBRs with PM and provide data/feedback to sustain connectivity to sales.
• Coordinate follow‑ups and documentation of interactions in Salesforce.
• Serve as Customer Experience liaison and advocate; escalate issues per WM procedures.
• Manage concurrent customer interactions via email and calls, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
