Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support WM's National Account program with consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business.

The role acts as a Customer Experience liaison, maintains connectivity to the sales organization, documents interactions in Salesforce, and coordinates follow-up with the NAM and PM to strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Support execution of WM's National Account program with consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business.
• Serve as a Customer Experience liaison and maintain connectivity to the sales organization.
• Document interactions and coordinate follow-up, and support program initiatives that strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend QBRs with the NAM and PM and provide necessary data and feedback to the sales organization.
