WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support WM's National Account program by delivering consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business. The role acts as a customer advocate and liaison, coordinating follow-up and collaborating with the sales team to strengthen service delivery and client connectivity.

You will document interactions in Salesforce, prepare client reports, assist with renewals and new services, and support quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (accredited).
• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of WM's National Account program and provide high-quality customer experience across the book of business.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and coordinate follow-up, escalating as needed to ensure service delivery and client connectivity.
• Assist with renewals, growth initiatives, and new services while maintaining strong collaboration with NAM and PM.
