Job summary

WM is seeking a Specialist, Corporate Services to support WM's National Account program with consistent, high-quality customer experience across the assigned book of business. You will act as a Customer Experience liaison, documenting interactions, coordinating follow-ups, and partnering with the sales team, including NAM and PM, to strengthen service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration or in lieu of degree.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Assist NAM and PM in executing new program initiatives including renewals and new services.
• Provide customer experience support via email and calls; coordinate follow-up with PM and sales.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and escalate as needed to resolve issues.
• Prepare client-specific reports and attend QBRs with NAM/PM.

Education
