Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead front-of-store Associates and manage queue coverage and breaks.
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and communicate priorities to team.
• Coach and mentor Associates to improve customer experience and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and safety policies.
• Support management in training needs and recognition programs.
