Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a capable front-of-store leader to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will guide a team, coordinatePOS coverage, and mentor staff while promoting our loyalty programs.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can train associates and maintain a positive, organized shopping environment. You’ll need strong communication, a retail background, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at front of store.
• Oversee Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks and POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and promote safety and security.
