Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Wilmington NC is seeking a frontline leader to promote an outstanding customer experience and supervise a team of Associates at the front of the store.

You will train and mentor staff, coordinate duties, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, with strong merchandising skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Trains and coaches associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage, and breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensures tasks follow store plan and policies; communicates priorities to team
• Maintains clean, organized store and safe environment
• Supports training needs in partnership with management
