Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Front End Leader to oversee Associates at the store front, ensuring a positive customer experience and promoting loyalty programs. You will model great service, train staff, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

You will coach Associates on front-end operations, manage POS coverage, and support management in achieving performance goals while upholding labor laws and store policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising understanding and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store delivering prompt, courteous service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to management.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
