Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline supervisor to promote an outstanding customer experience and lead a team at the store. You will train associates on front-end principles, manage loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication and merchandising knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee a team of associates at the front of store and manage loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Coordinate registers, POS coverage, and breaks; address customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Support safety, shrink reduction goals, and store-wide initiatives.
