Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to promote an outstanding customer experience and lead a team at the front of the store. You will train and coach associates, manage registers and POS coverage, and address customer concerns while upholding policies and safety standards.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year in retail and 6 months of leadership experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience or more is preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience front of store.
• Lead by example and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Train and coach staff on personalizing the customer experience.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and safety policies.
