The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader for TJ Maxx Morgantown to promote an outstanding customer experience and lead a team of associates at the front of the store. You will model excellent service, train staff, and ensure smooth POS coverage and shift breaks.

This role requires flexible scheduling (nights/weekends), strong merchandising know-how, and the ability to coach others. A focus on loyalty programs and safety is expected, with adherence to policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Manage registers, POS coverage, and breaks.
