Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and train others

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs
• Leads a team of front-of-store Associates and manages POS coverage
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end procedures
• Promotes safety and maintains a clean, organized store
• Addresses customer concerns promptly with a positive attitude
• Ensures tasks are executed according to store priorities
