Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front-End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience in our TJ Maxx store.

You will oversee front-of-store Associates, ensure courteous service, and mentor staff on loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a focus on training and developing associates and optimizing POS coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and ensure courteous service.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and manage POS coverage.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
