Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Supervisor for TJ Maxx Store Ottumwa. You will lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a tidy, efficient store environment.

You’ll train Associates, manage registers, and coordinate breaks while upholding policies and safety. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with opportunities for development in a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Oversee Associates’ day-to-day activities and loyalty promotions.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean store.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and labor laws.
