Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store to ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty-program promotion.
• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
