Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee a team of associates at the storefront, ensure courteous service, manage loyalty programs, and model outstanding store standards.

You’ll train and mentor staff, coordinate POS coverage, respond to customer concerns, and partner with management to meet sales and shrink-reduction goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and adapt to schedule including nights and weekends.
• Merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversee front-of-store associates and POS coverage.
