Job summary

Marshalls At TJX Companies is seeking a store leadership position to promote an exemplary customer experience and lead front-of-store operations. You will train and mentor Associates, manage POS coverage, and ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store and promotes loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe store environment.
