You will model outstanding service, train staff on front-end principles, and coordinate POS coverage while supporting loyalty programs and store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Assign registers and coordinate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
