Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to promote a positive customer experience and coach Associates on loyalty programs. You will supervise front-of-store operations, ensure a clean, inviting sales floor, and model outstanding customer service.

The role requires strong merchandising insight, the ability to multi-task, and effective communication with teammates and management. Flexibility for nights and weekends is needed; location is Roanoke, VA.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive customer experience and exceptional service.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and coordinates tasks and breaks.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Promotes loyalty programs and ensures adherence to store policies.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a safe, organized store.
