Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies seeks a Front End Leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt service and loyalty program promotion. You will train and mentor team members, manage POS coverage, and address customer concerns to uphold store standards.
