Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee Associates, ensure courteous service, and promote loyalty programs while keeping the store clean and organized.

You will train and coach team members, manage POS coverage, and support store goals. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and a strong understanding of merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, frontline customer experience.
• Lead front-of-store Associates and manage store cleanliness.
• Promote loyalty programs and customer engagement.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Communicate priorities and progress to management and staff.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback to team.
• Coordinate training with management on front-end principles.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
