Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to enhance the customer experience at our Maple Grove, MN location.

You will supervise Associates, ensure courteous service, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, solid merchandising knowledge, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and promotes loyalty programs.
• Leads by example, engages customers, and maintains a clean store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
