Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an on-site front-of-store leader to drive an exceptional customer experience, mentor Associates, and maintain a clean, organized store.

You will model integrity, promote loyalty programs, and help manage labor coverage and store priorities. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store teams.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and deliver accurate store updates.
