Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong merchandising understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and coach associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store activities.
• Oversee Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train, coach, and mentor staff; maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Promote loyalty and credit programs; support shrink reduction goals.
• Address customer concerns and communicate priorities to management.
