Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty programs and direct customers to resources.
• Lead by example and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with management on training needs and safety compliance.
