Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store Associates.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain clean, organized store.
• Communicate priorities to management and staff and provide progress updates.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
