Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and guide a team of Associates. You will model outstanding service, train staff, and support store operations to ensure a clean, organized environment and loyal customers.

Applicants should be available for nights and weekends, with strong merchandising knowledge and the ability to multitask. Leadership experience in retail is required along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store team.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
• Address customer concerns and maintain a positive store environment.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
