TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a front-end leader to promote excellent customer service and mentor store Associates. You will oversee POS coverage, training, and loyalty program promotions while maintaining a clean and organized store.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong customer engagement. Ideal candidates are flexible for nights/weekends, with understanding of merchandising and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others and share front-end knowledge.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to store plans and communicates priorities with management.
