Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor for TJ Maxx in Yorktown Heights, NY. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and promote loyalty programs while ensuring store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others and lead front-end associates

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store Associates to deliver prompt, courteous service
• Promotes loyalty programs and drives customer engagement
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end procedures and POS coverage
• Maintains store cleanliness and adherence to policies and labor laws
• Coordinates breaks and manages register assignments while supporting management
