Job summary

TJ Maxx store leadership role at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to promote an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise Associates, assign POS coverage, and train teams to deliver prompt, friendly service while maintaining store standards.

Qualified candidates bring retail leadership with at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role. The position offers flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth within TJX family stores.

Qualifications

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store staff to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Maintains a clean and organized store and supports loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns and ensures a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Partners with management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promotes safety and shrink reduction goals.
