TJ Maxx in Flint Township, MI is seeking a front-end leadership role to oversee a team of Associates and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll train, coach, assign duties, and ensure store standards, merchandising, and loyalty programs are executed with accuracy.

This full-time position requires flexibility, strong communication, and retail leadership experience. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with benefits including associate discounts and 401(k) contributions.
