Job summary

TJ Maxx is hiring a Front-End Supervisor to lead store associates, promote a positive customer experience, and ensure efficient daily operations at our Grand Rapids location. You will train staff, manage registers, and support loyalty programs while upholding store policies and safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
