Job summary

TJ Maxx in Newton, MA seeks a front-end leadership role to oversee Associates at the front of the store and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will train and coach staff, promote loyalty programs, manage POS coverage, and uphold store policies while supporting overall goals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with leadership exposure.
• Ability to train Associates on front-end principles.
• Customer service and loyalty program promotion experience.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences and lead front-of-store operations.
• Supervise Associates, assign registers and coordinate breaks.
• Promote loyalty programs and store promotions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to staff.
• Collaborate with Management on training needs and store goals.
